WESTERN PA LOCATION
Directly supervises all department managers. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments including fulfilling the mission of the community. The Executive Director is responsible for job performance and oversight of non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory support responsibilities in accordance with the community policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include candidate interviewing, new staff on boarding, and overall training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience as referenced in §2600.53.
Preferred Credentials: Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator credentials, including all corresponding documentation. Must be in possession of, or have the ability to obtain, a valid state driver’s license. Travel may be required as needed.
